Bushhideouts is a nature retreat experience like no other.

Off grid 500 acre's of pristine bush land complete with a valley, river, lagoon, orchard and mountainous view points. It’s a forgotten garden which includes a charming and fully equipped two story 15m x 15m off grid cabin with a comfortable collection of colonial and period furniture, a wood burner cooker and an oven for your convenience. We also have 5 superb South African Campmor 3mx3m Safari tents spaced out with single or double beds .

Truly a special place to reconnect with nature with privacy is guaranteed, ideal for a group, a couple or a family. Just 1h20 from the North of Melbourne.

Originally made for the Diggers club as an Education centre to propagate heirloom seeds.
The cabin has been designed by architect Chris Humphries, there's a full new kitchen, self composting loos, fantastic fireplace, on site bar and hot showers.

Sleeping arrangements in the tents and the cabin can be configured what ever way you want.

Wildlife encounters:
There is a large Wombat population and the reclusive Platypus is spotted regularly in the Lagoon and Goulburn river. A battalion of Kangaroos also pass through in the mornings.

Guests must cancel 30 days before check-in / workshop start time at the latest and is then entitled to a 50% refund of total tariff.
